Encanto 2021
There is nothing more temporary than something being lost in a Disney movie.
It made sense that the house being destroyed and everyone losing their powers was the way to bring the whole family together but just like every Disney movie for the past twenty years they got to have their cake and eat it too. Disney movies are clearly being made by perpetual children because nothing is ever gained through sacrifice in their movies.
Animation and first two acts were cool though.

Great movie, really opens up the imagination. Most occult themes in movies aren't very well thought out and you're just supposed to take their word that it all makes sense but in this movie the ritual(although isn't explained entirely) clearly has procedures and deviations that must be adhered to in order for it to be successful.
