Jojo Rabbit 2019
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Really couldn’t decide between 4 stars and 4.5 stars. I think I’d have to rewatch it again and mute at ScarJo’s lines. However, I think her death scene was absolutely tragic and just so good—the way Jojo just hugs and clings onto her like the 10 year old boy he is supposed to be. Also, speaking of Jojo the kid’s actor was phenomenal!

on in the distant background…love this movie! I introduced it to my family and my dad really liked it. But, he was over how CC Baxter is such a pushover in like the first five minutes. He didn’t really like some like it hot so I’m surprised he liked the apartment.
…Guys. Do I do HOTA (super mega super super duper late), film (LATE), chem (super late), or stats (VERY late but test tomorrow and I missed the entire unit)?

The Notebook 2004
I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TO BE THAT SAD OH MY GOD. I loved the storytelling aspect of it. That actually broke my heart when older Noah refused to leave because she was his home… I thought their love as teens could have been a little more emphasized, but I get the whole “first love” aspect and fate they were aiming for. I thought the ending was okay…very like ideal, yet sad, but also super unrealistic.
