I’ve seen better wrestling movies. I’ve seen better trapped in a building movies. I’ve seen better cult movies. That being said, I am a wrestling and horror fan, so I enjoyed this for the most part. It will not be for everyone, or probably for most.

Amber Alert 2024
We will occasionally have films shoot in town, but it’s very rare for my city to be the setting for the movie. I had pretty low expectations for this. There is some hand waving that needs to happen for certain events, but it’s not a bad movie. I enjoyed it.

Sam and Colby: The Legends of the Paranormal 2024
My daughters drug me to this extended YouTube video passed off as a theatrical experienced. Searching for spirits and skinwalkers seems like a hotbed for hijinks. This is relatively subdued, but still unbelievable for a non-believer like myself. My daughters said they’ve had better (more action packed) videos, but they enjoyed it.
It’s honestly better than I expected, but the bar wasn’t set far. I can see why their fans enjoy them, but it’s not really for me (or adults?). It’s clearly meant as a jumping off point for a new, but similar, direction for their YouTube channel.
