Wicked 2024
Watched it the first time and forgot to do a review so I decided to watch it again in honor of the golden globes. What an amazing story with very complex characters. The emotional impact this movie had on me is insane. Cynthia Evrivo did Elphaba beautifully and made her character her own. The only thing i could have wished for would be to be able to see how Elphie’s and Glinda’s friendship grew that made Defying Gravity that emotionally raw. Ariana Grande did an amazing job as Glinda and I was sat with her very first scene. I can’t wait for Wicked: For Good
