  I can’t really tell whether I liked this series or not. It was so weird like the entire storyline was about getting Takakura’s balls back ? And his character was just annoying like all he did was sulk and complain. Aira was also very annoying and I didn’t really like any of the antagonists besides turbo granny in cat form. Also the over sexualisation of literally every single character was just weird and unnecessary.

  I’m sad bc I thought I would enjoy this film more than Furiosa but I didn’t. It definitely delivered action, maybe a little bit too much for my liking though. The way I feel about this film is the same way I felt about John wick: the action is insane but the actual storyline is just meh. It felt a bit underdeveloped at times but that might actually be on me bc I haven’t watched the older films.

  I truly enjoyed this film even though I’m a slight hater of musicals. Did they burst into song one too many times ? Yes, but the visuals, costume design, script and storyline 100% made up for it. It was also surprisingly hilarious, laugh out loud type of funny. The warrior apes were also very cool. My only issue is that they chose to go with the ‘falling in love with the same guy’ trope instead of the CLEARLY GAY trope between Elphaba and Glinda. I am quite disappointed by that.
