I had no expectations for this, I went in completely blind and honestly I’m so glad I did because the story hit me so hard I wasn’t expecting to feel things. Elphaba I just adore you.
What I really loved is how timely the themes of this film are. We all needed this film right now, wow. Possibly the best musical to film adaptation ever? Am I reaching? Because I feel like it was really THAT good!
