The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
After watching it twice (took a nap on my first watch), I enjoyed it. The references to the original movies kinda hit you over the head and felt pushed and the third act was kinda boring. The idea of Snow inevitably becoming like his father was a very cool idea.
Also loved seeing queer representation and disability representation.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 2015
As a political person, this movie was very entertaining. It’s crazy to see how the dialogue between the first and last movie changed so much. The first movie is so cringe, like I always skip it and go straight to the second.
But I guess it goes to show how forced the situationship with Katniss and Pete was.
Also the entire movie is a gag-battle between everyone and at the end, Katniss had the last gag.
