daniel craig’s performance in this was probably the only thing keeping me watching — it is impressive the range he has and it’s absolutely electrifying… great soundtrack and aesthetics is super pleasing, the double exposures being used is muacks chefs kiss! but the plot was missing something (and maybe that has to do with the og book rather than the film) — it feels so empty and pretty? but maybe that’s the most accurate reflection of lee’s loneliness and it discomforts me
