  I must say this film was on my list just because I love Patti Smith, so I didn't have many expectations about it, but it certainly is one of the most unpretentious and poetic shorts I've ever seen. There's a certain kind of joy that lives through the melancholy, so well pictured by Frieder Schlaich in the way that Patti Smith talks about the history, life, and poetry of Jean Genet.

  Anyways, that's a very, very beautiful tribute!

  Antes de tudo, a quantidade de vezes que eu vi um fusca azul e pensei "fusca azul!" enquanto eu tava chorando e imediamente procurei o braço mais próximo foi surpreendente. Muito choro e muito fusca.

  Agora sério, eu realmente acho que a maior qualidade do Walter Salles enquanto diretor – e ele tem várias – é a sua capacidade de sintetizar um momento em filme. Não necessariamente o período que ele retrata, mas ao qual ele se dirige.
