My Life as a Zucchini 2016
Wow.
It’s so full of depth and sincerity, it’s a movie to die for.
Such a beautiful movie. The cinematography is beautiful and the story is raw and filled with emotions and tenderness.
The color palette of each character and scene is just amazing and, the story and interactions are so authentic.
(Some might say, I'm a bit bias cuz I love stop motion, but let’s be honest who wouldn’t it's such a beautiful art form)

Even tho there’s some inconsistencies along the movie (and controversy), the cinematography and horror elements (lk discomfort, tension, voyeurism and sadism) are really well displayed.
I feel like the more disturbing and real a movie is the less people like it. But I think this movie did exactly what it was supposed to do. By showing the killer's personal tapes, we become the spectator of his twisted mind. The audience is forced into an uncomfortably close perspective that feel so real.
