So the time has come for me to write something about Belle de Jour.
It is a wonderful dramatic comedy by Luis Buñuel with a magnificent cast. Buñuel skillfully intertwines dream and reality and then mixes them - it is unknown whether Séverine dreamed some scenes or not (although bells may be a symbol of a dream).

I finally got around to writing about this wonderful film. In keeping with Roland Barthes' The death of the author, I will say that regardless of Polański's actions, this film is brilliant.
Although tragically and ironically, this topic is intertwined with the fate of Polański himself, where he is the antagonist, but that's it about Polański himself, I'm ending the thread.
