I'm giving this 3 stars because it kept me invested, otherwise it would be lower.
I absolutely hate religion and the fact that they decided to introduce it into the movie - their ridiculous rules and ideologies, it’s full of hypocrisy. I love the critique here.
I also absolutely hate that they didn’t answer any of the questions left from the prequel. There’s nothing new… just the same old stuff. This could be an amazing sequel… I still love the color palette.

Bill Skarsgård covered in tattoos and blood had me flabbergasted – that’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. The lack of context for the villain clearly shows that the plot isn’t strong. I didn’t enjoy the tracklist choices, the poor acting, or the shallow dialogue.
On the bright side, the CGI was great.
I really wanted to like it more, but Bill needed to show a little more (a**) for that 😭
