Dune: Part Two 2024
One of the greatest sci-fi epics ever made. Everything about this screams "Masterful" and this is a generation defining level film. My god scene after scene after scene of just continuous rousing feelings and epicness. The political and religious commentaries interwoven into an extremely layered screenplay. Unreal cinematography, direction, and some of the staging in this is literally chefs kiss. Performances out of the park. Hans Zimmer is a god. Brilliantly paced, much better than it was in part 1. Overall, unreal excellence. I truly have no words.

Watched this yesterday but decided to log this today. The film overall is solid. Vijay gave a lifetime performance in this movie and for a character-driven screenplay, he does exactly what he needs to to enhance this movie properly. There were some minor issues in the film, such as underdeveloped villain arcs and a flashback that needed to be more fleshed out. However, this was all made up for by an intense first half, overall good performances, great music, incredible…
