Gotta be honest; it's hard to watch Kill Bill now without thinking some of the influences are a bit on the nose.
Very cool and stylish film, aesthetically it seems like a lot of care was put into the colours to make the white and red really stand out. For all I know the voice acting is garbage, but I don't know since I'm not Japanese, so to me it just added to the aesthetic.
Otherwise, lots o' killin, lots o' blood, but an otherwise very well told tale and a definite recommendation for peeps who want that cool Japan feel.
