The Windermere Children 2020
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
An absolutely beautiful depiction of the post-liberation years for the Windermere children. A creation informed by the survivors themselves, making it even more meaningful and powerful. Within my research I interviewed one of these men and am acquainted with two more. When they spoke at the end, it was just such a potent choice. Everything about the film was deliberate and I assume, true to life. I felt privileged to be able to watch this film.
