Thor: Love and Thunder 2022
I don't understand the hate-- I loved this movie! Romance finally done right in the MCU. None of it felt forced. And the ending was so touching yet heartbreaking 🥺. Thor is funny as usual. The screaming goats could have easily become annoying, but they got funnier as the movie went on. Loved all the cameos. My only complaint is that poor Chris Hemsworth had to get physically massive to play Thor, yet plenty of "gods" in this movie had dad-bods. 🤨 Some consistency would be nice Marvel! But all in all, I loved it.

Death Note 2006
Animé or not this is one of the best series of all-time. The plot relies on a supernatural killer notebook, but there are still rules to the game. That's what makes it believable and allows you to enjoy the cat-and-mouse chase between L and Light. Yes, the second half of the series is subpar to the first half, but it still makes for an exciting watch.
