Haru 1996
A very touching and sentimental film. The pacing was just perfection, and left no moment unfelt and void of meaning. It was so sweet to see how the contents of the emails between the two leads would carefully (and even carelessly) bleed into their daily lives. I was also personally impressed by how intimate of a glance the viewers would get into the lives of the characters, without actually revealing too much all at once, allowing each viewer to paint their own picture of their lives unfolding. The use of props was also very well thought out and incorporated into the script. Well done!
