  But behind the perverted jokes, running gags and other stereotypes, a stirring story is revealed, which strikes the right balance between lightheartedness and seriousness. 
   
  The pale design and the subliminal music create an oppressive atmosphere, which is caught up by the story after episode 6. 
   
  One of the best anime of all time.
