Leon: The Professional (Directors cut) is a favourite of mine. The cast is brilliant: Leon (Jean Reno) has a stunted childlike innocence, Matilda (Natalie Portman) does the opposite and has to assume a more adult role as a result of her upbringing, and Stansfield (Gary Oldman) is terrifyingly apathetic and amoral.

Right, so this is going to be an unpopular review as I know loads of people love this film. Side note: I am completely aware that this is a really influential comic - one of the reasons I watched it.
