Moana 2 2024
The first 15 minutes are just the characters reciting exposition out loud,
the plot is rushed and you don’t feel the stakes at all,
the songs are forgettable,
the new characters are completely one dimensional and only exist because the movie needs them,
the script keeps moana and maui apart for over an hour and when they finally reunite maui is a dick for no reason,
and if I go the rest of my life without seeing another direct-to-camera “animal friend” shot in a Disney movie it’ll be too soon.
