Putting Paddington in jail and making him believe that he isn’t loved is one of the saddest things I’ve seen in film. Balling my eyes out for this bear!

While the performances are great, you can’t ignore the fact the movie spend most of it’s time spewing racist rhetoric and trying to give justification for racist people just to turn around and say actually racism bad in the last 2 minutes of the movie.
Also tired of the movie trope of “I know this white person is bad but they’ve changed and now we should feel sorry for him”.

Killers of the Flower Moon 2023
My favorite thing about this film is that there is no redemption for the white people. No white savior, no justice or good ending for Leo or Di Niro’s characters. What a tragic story about the Osage people and Scorsese tells it in such a way that is beautifully tragic and heartbreaking. Lily gives an amazing performance all throughout and you really feel for everything her character is going through.
Brilliant film! Didn’t feel like three and a half hours.
