A weird and sweet movie. If you just sit back and allow yourself to accept the story you will fall in love with it.

Underneath the music, the dancing, the FX and the World of Oz is a movie about bigotry, racism, suppression of speech and villianizing. Basically all the elements that led to the rise of evil in the late 1930s. It completely changed my view of the source movie The Wizard of Oz. I don't know if the movie's intention was to bring to light the dangers of these acts or to glorify them.
I am giving it 4 stars in hopes the intention was a warning
