  Yup. Still really dig this movie. I'm not a fan of de-aging tech let alone the posthumous puppeteering of actors in films, generally speaking. That feeling applies here, but I think this movie earns some grace for at least using this tech on a character that isn't human in addition to getting approval from Ian Holm's estate. Don't like it if you must, but there's been far more egregious cases of these tools. 

  I still vibe with how it connects…

  I love how in this era people fall in love over the smallest shit. All you had to do was be where another hot person was and bond with them over being sad and loving liquor then boom. I’m in love with you baby.
