first ghibli where everyone is happy and nice to each other and no one’s a jerk and no one dies
in my opinion, fact the whole war was fought for a prince (who in the end was cursed cause who tf would steal that twink), really does a good job at blaming US for fighting a war cause they thought a middle eastern country housed WMDs but after several bombings the only thing they found was hussiens hiding spot.

i watched this movie back when I was in between a what are we phase. worst and best decision ever.
though it did give me hope that no matter how much of a bitch you are in real life as long as you wake up an angel you can marry the man of your dreams (even if hes engaged)
