  BOY did this not age well, but watcha gonna do, I laughed a bunch.
  JUST STUPID how much of this cast blew up.
  The romantic side didn't fully land, like there's a limit to how much I can be bombarded with ALL the racism, and other isms and phobias and still be expected to go "AWWW!!" at the end.

  Almost died from an asthma attach when I saw this is a teen.
  WILD how many lines from this I say pretty regularly, and still laughed at.
  Probably the best or close to the best from this era/genre

  Just a awful pile of trash.
  Weak dialogue, the plot has just so many holes, and it romanticizes rape.
  Using Ennio Morricone music for scenes where a rapist is yearning for his victim is just so gross.
  Just what on earth is this crap?

  Band of Outsiders 1964

  Fourth Godard I've watched, fourth pointless bore.
  Once again a woman falls in love in 0.5 seconds for literally no reason. Once again she's "torn" between two absolute turds.
  But, it had one good scene, and some solid choices with regards to sound (which Godard then beat into the ground and ruined).
  Also, I watched it on Criterion, and they said this: "Godard reimagined the gangster film even more radically... This audacious and wildly entertaining French New Wave gem is at once sentimental and insouciant, effervescently romantic and melancholy."
