With all the animated animal films that have come out lately I think it was really smart of the director to make it a silent film. So you couldn’t focus on who the voices were and focused on the quality of the story. The unpredictability of floods played with the flow of the film that kept it engaging.
My favorite part of the film was when the other dogs chased after the rabbit at the end bc at the end of the day these are still animals even though they went through something traumatic. Wonderful journey all in all
