  This film is such a labor of love by the animation team and writers alike.. a story told in two parts that make up one large whole and is just absolutely stunning to look at the entire way through...

  It is a film based on a short series, and while a viewing of that could help in some regards, it isn’t at all ‘necessary’. This is just such a pure story of familial love and people just being kind to one another. There’s nothing more I can say except that I loved it, and can’t wait for more with these characters.

  Tonight I sat down and figured I’d take it easy with this childish-high school-version of ‘Rounders’ starring a young Elisha Cuthbert... whoops. This is possibly the darkest movie about gambling addiction I’ve ever seen. Over the span of an hour and a half, this film goes from Lizzy McGuire to ‘Requiem For a Dream’.. Yikes. Where’s Jack Bauer when you need him??
