  igor lowkey had more character development than anora but that could be a point i guess? the movie was lowkey confusing cause 1. fast paced, things happening consequentially w no real meaning 2. why is anora doing all that (i get why by assumptions, but a movie should present it’s characters on a clean slate and show their emotions within their own world imo😅 specially the protagonist bru) apart from all…still liked it watched it w my mom

  also i cant w ivy wolk in this (unibrow) shes kinda crazy

  so raw and visceral. she experiences learning life in the body of a woman. unintentionally she goes on this grand tour, shes taken advantage of yet her naivety allows her to keep seeking the best in people, but once she learns about the inherently bad nature of humans she still takes action towards the better. discovery of emotions and the self, with surrealist painting like shots and off putting soundtrack. very funny but laughing too much might just lead you to start sobbing instead.

  the white man just lingering around them…and getting mad because he couldn’t understand things girl bye..really worked hand in hand with the french essay i was supposed to be working on instead of watching this on my flight back but oh well. yap about destiny and whats meant to happen, nora was not my favorite character at all
