In a hateful environment what true chance is there to see through anger and find empathy? Social prejudice which generates a confused sense of anger masked by steel and scowls. To talk more than we walk because we know the road ends eventually. But how horrible to be shown that it does every day. This is a beautiful film. Outside of its thematic elements I found it to be a master class of direction with the movement and embodiment the actors give to their characters.
