  This is one of the most ambitious films that has come out in years. This Amazon Production shows that other producers are willing to step up and dabble in areas of storytelling that Hollywood has been shying away from since, it seems, the failure of Cleopatra. The storytelling is slow and meticulous, but highly rewarding to the viewer with the attention span to follow along. Its closest cousins seem to be David Lean's epics. Will the success of this film…
