Maybe one of the most average Hitchcocks I’ve seen yet. Third man plot type. Good cinematography that holds up really well. But the plot was just a little shallow to me and I found myself bored a lot of the time.

The Big Combo 1955
Bumping this up a little bit because this was actually peak noir. That cinematography was disgustingly perfect. The dark shadows. The blocking and way characters moved around in frame. Richard Conte was awesome but Cornell Wilde put on one of the best detectives I’ve seen. Also I loved how gritty and creative this movie was. The torture scene was refreshing because I of how creative yet simple it was. Interesting plot too it was a short movie but it did feel very fast. Noir peak.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire 2024
After remembering not hating afterlife I actually was looking forward to seeing this. The trailer made it look like it was going to be awesome with a darker tone this time. Boy did I misinterpret that. This movie was hot ass. Dialogue was so cringe and the plot was all over the place while somehow being non existent at the same time. Dont ask me how that works. This movie had the potential to be so good if actually taken seriously but it was one huge joke.

The Iron Claw 2023
As a wrestling fan, this movie is perfection. As a movie fan, this movie is also perfection. Gut wrenching in the worst way possible. Makes you question your own sanity and how you’d react after all of this. Acting was superb. Cinematography was gas. In ring work was great. Seeing MJF and Chavo was fun too. My only problem was Ric Flair. No one can ever portray Ric Flair and the charisma that he had.
