The idea that woman career ends after the turns 50 and that the industry is looking for someone younger is incredibly well thought. The ending and I mean the walk of Fame and overall view on insane standards towards women and, portrayed nastiness and disgusting way to behave in men and double standards. That's the greatest part of the movie. The whole "new years eve show" was not it for me
