Tremendous first half but as the American Dream begins disappearing slowly like piss down a bathtub drain in the second, it's much harder to stay anchored.
That is, except for when Felicity Jones is on screen.

Film short of a star as pacing could have done with a bit of tightening in places (same could have been said for Count Orlok's pants before rising from his slumber).
