i guess this is exactly what many people wanted it to be, but gore and splatter are just not my thing. some scenes actually surprised me and the special effects are solid, so i guess its fine for what its supposed to be.
im still gonna watch the sequel tho...

simply put: a very flawed movie with some interesting ideas and a promising concept (in theory).
im sorry to say that ive never seen a more boring movie before in my life... the acting ranged from bad to almost mediocre and i was seconds aways from falling asleep at times.
i actually felt an improvement in the second half, but it felt like watching a completely different movie. i think after cutting about 30% of all scenes and increasing the pacing massively this could become a decent movie with some philosophical undertones.
god damn that was a tough watch.
well... what the fuck just happened?
looks pretty cool at times, but thats about it. painfully slow pacing, awkward dialogues, lots of clichés and a good amount of bad acting. ferguson and fassbender are trying though. soundtrack is way over the top and annoying.
some scenes felt extremely odd, that kind of made it interesting (sometimes). but god damn was it boring too.
"strange" is how i would summarize this movie.
