La La Land 2016
I remember vividly the day this first released, going to the cinema, and not knowing anything about this movie. I was intrigued by the poster and was watching with two of my friends, that was it.
I left the theater changed, knowing that what I watched hit me so much differently than others I've watched. Maybe it was the right movie at the right time in my life I guess, but I hold this movie so dearly.
Every time I watch this back now, I remember the good times, the high school days I was in, living life.

Nights of Cabiria 1957
was one of the movies i had to watch for film class and damn what a great story. Giulietta Masina's masterful performance to make Cabiria so pep and boisterous but still could capture the emotions of you can feel the pain she goes through. my god what a movie
