I feel like my American brain can’t fully appreciate this movie for the British Endgame that it is, but hey I still tried. Fiona really didn’t like her shawty Emma Thompson not getting the ending she deserved. Which is fair honestly cuz how are you gonna give all of the stories a happy ending except for her. And you CANNOT convince me that Emma’s is happy.

Interesting! I liked it. I think the way it ended was a bit odd to me; I think it was a weird way to explain how Longlegs did what he did. But I love the protagonist. I think the way the film follows her and her story is exciting and it kept me engrossed.
Nothing revolutionary with this movie, and the advertising for it kinda hyped it up too much imo (I distinctly remember that ad where it talked about Maika Monroe’s heartbeat before seeing Nick Cage in the full makeup lol). You gotta expect ads to exaggerate I suppose. It was good though! I’d watch again.
