  watched this in a theatre half full of kids, and they were just as silent and captivated as i was the whole time - i think that says everything about how lovely a film this is. also i told my black cat Dora about this and she was thrilled about the pawsitive representation.

  vapid and self-serving; two hours dedicated to saying so little, and the little that is said is a spineless platitude. it has the depth of what tumblr black and white photos did for eating disorders and self-harm awareness. 
  there is no such thing as apolitical media. the commitment to contextual and narrative vagueness is ultimately “just vote the fascists out next time <3” cowardice repackaged into slo-mo wide shots and more imaginary torture porn to feed the western persecution/saviour complex.
