A wild, brutal, and sometimes disgusting ride through Pfresno in 2007, which lends itself to an of-the-time soundtrack and attire that I can appreciate greatly. The colors pop, the shots stick, the editing moves creatively, and the jokes had some people in the theatre laughing for TOO long. It was quite a fun time, and I'm not just saying that cause I have some music in the movie.

I had to look away so many times cause I hate needles, but I was surprised at how much I liked this. Visually and sonically we got pretty much everything. Stark yet pleasing color contrasts with tight framing, sound accompaniment for everything (bass booms on fist pumps, ear-ringing discomfort, biological sounds galore) with a culmination of some of the wildest blobs I've ever laid my eyes on. As for the plot, I kinda predicted a few parts but I was just as much along for the ride. Watch your back.
