  I Saw the TV Glow 2024

  The lighting and color grading feel like the embodiment of shoegaze. 

  The uncomfortably drawn out shots, the labored pauses in dialogue, the flickering lights, the occasional white noise. Soundtrack only packs a punch sparingly and is scared to commit. 

  In the planetarium scene, the constellations turn into their mythological images (symbols vs bodies).
