Her death was shown in a manner that was too indirect and symbolic. The ending didn't end up being as sad as the movie set it up to be. It just didn't feel complete.
Felt a bit disappointed as this movie was kinda hyped up

I liked the complexity of the plot but it had some plot holes
Cinematography was really good. The combination of colour choice (especially the blue undertones), shadows and lighting created such an eerie atmosphere, I literally covered my ears for half the movie oops. The dread Thomas felt when meeting Orlak for the first time was conveyed really well. Symmetry of shots was also really satisfying.
Most close-ups did the job of conveying the characters' emotions but a few were overdone and became comedic
Lily Depp's flexibility was impressive...
