  易烊千玺’s performance was absolutely phenomenal and I love how authentic this true-based story was, but it had certain plot holes and character flaws that confused me. The “romance” storyline was not clear or necessary in my opinion. This movie could’ve been amazing with just him and his grandma as the focal point.
