Movies that use a first person narrative to fill in the gaps and help tell a story are never really my fortay. With that being said, Robert Pattinson is giving it his absolute all here, essentially playing 3 parts. Narrator, and then 2 polar opposite leads. The CGI and world building are fantastic and kept me mostly engaged throughout what I thought was a long 2 hour plus run time.

The style and the vibe of this movie was really well done, yet the entire thing just felt a bit aimless to me. While I know it’s a biopic, generally there is some sort of more important message to tackle and sink your teeth into.
Stan and Strong both turn in fantastic, Oscar worthy performances!
