All We Imagine as Light 2024
Got to learn about a handful of people and the situations the world was giving them. It was slow and by the end heavy. I think the movie accomplished everything it was going for. I wish I understood the language (Malayalam) and some of the culture to probably understand more nuance but even the translation was beautiful and will have me thinking about what the city life does to our souls and how well do you ever know what someone is going through and how they became the person you are experiencing today.
