  In a genre constantly filled with mediocrity and conforming to norms of the style, Kneecap doesn’t just focuses on radical figures, but using the format of film to showcase something radical and its own. Filled with excellent camera work, editing, vfx, sound and lighting, Kneecap is one of my favorite hidden gems from the year 2024. Had zero clue who these guys are but so glad I’d heard about this movie

  Very funny and cute and heartwarming. Really strikes at what thanksgiving is all about. I think John Hughes is really masterful at combining humor and genuine heartfelt emotion, not being the best at writing either individually but knowing how to weave it together really talented. Steve Martin and John Candy are so easily able to get a smile onto my face. Has some pacing issues throughout but still remains to be funny and sincere.
