Amazing beginning and middle, but I didn’t love the end. You could definitely easily convince yourself that Ani’s reaction in the last scene makes total sense, but I don’t know if the movie did a good enough job developing her character throughout for it to not feel confusing and a bit awkward.

Pattinson’s awesome. Pretty cool that you could always tell if he was playing 18 or 17 just by his body language or facial expression. But I was disappointed at how many interesting ideas got introduced in the first half of this movie, only for it to basically devolve into Avatar by the end.
