Beauty and the Beast 1991
A masterclass of animated film-making. Examine every aspect of this film and you'll find it very difficult to find any flaws. Elegant animation, an amazing score and lovable characters that continue to endure, with special mention for The Beast and Gaston as two of Disney's best characters ever. Easily one of the best animated Disney films the studio has ever produced.

Jackass Forever 2022
If you want to see a movie, where a bunch of guys abuse each other’s dicks for 96 minutes. This is the movie for you. This movies all about crossing the line and then stepping over the next line too. Though about midway through it just devolves into “okay. What live animal can we put nearby this guy until he quits?”

Princess Mononoke 1997
The greatest animated film ever crafted. The only ones that come close are made by the same studio and written by the same guy. Hayao Miyazaki has made lots of stellar films, some arguably more polished than this one, but he could’ve retired after this one and still be known as the greatest. Watch this film. Amazing in all aspects, including the English dub voice cast if you prefer.

McLintock! started off as a solid, but not spectacular western drama, with a hint of comedy. The characters were likable, and the acting was solid throughout. In a world where a lot of westerns I’ve seen are fairly by the numbers with bounty hunters and outlaws and whatever else the West had to offer doing typical things, McClintock actually felt like a breath of fresh air. This was in spite of the racist stereotypes and caricatures, that I only ignored…
