it’s not on here but BoJack Horseman is the biggest 5 star thing ever
i change my 4 favourites frequently
At first I was digging all the bro talk and the guys hanging out, but then the love story started and I locked in cause Linklater writing romance will always give me Before trilogy vibes. Glen Powell rocks in this like he does in every other movie he’s in. Can see this being a comfort movie eventually
The Chicago needle drop was so good I love Sufjan. Movie’s funny, I liked the Bryan Cranston jumpscare and Paul Dano’s existential crisis
Edit: YOOO SUFJAN IN THE CREDITS TOO WE WON
This is 50 years old and scared the shit out of me. Definitely one of the most visceral, grimy and most of all influential horror movies ever made.
holyshitholyshitholyshit. Absolutely insane. The first act is so imposing and unnerving but eventually it turns into a near perfect thriller. Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage are both perfect in their fucked up roles. Visually uncompromising, horrifically blunt with its sounds, brutal with its imagery. This is now the standard for modern horror.
