The cast is amazing and the premise is great, there's some awesome scenes, but once you've seen the trailer you've almost seen the entire movie. It edges the audience with all of these exciting, horrible things that might happen, and it even makes you think that they will happen, but they never do.

I wouldn't say this movie is perfect. Alec Baldwin's scene that they threw in for the film adaptation, as funny and quotable as it is, isn't quite grounded in the reality built by the rest of the scenes from the source material, and Levene's phone calls and added scene in the lead's house are not the most interesting and also break the flow of scenes that I don't think needed interruptions. All the actors were great. The story felt predictable. There were good guys and bad guys and even when things seemed to not go the good guys' way, it was pretty obvious they were going to have some big epiphany or someone was going to give Tom Cruise a motivational pep-talk about how great he is, and they would win regardless.
