The way this film unfolds is insanely good. Disturbing, creepy, horrifying screenplay magic. Each scene, each moment, reveals more key information in the ‘story’ of Gracie and Joe or deepens the themes of the commodification and exploitation of these such ‘stories’, but never feels rushed. Bureaucracy versus unprecedented threat to human life

It goes without saying that this film hits entirely different through the lens of 2020. Before, a tale of bureaucracy intertwined with the fallout of nuclear war. Did not expect this to be so beautiful and sad and sweet and hopeful. Has the laugh out loud gags you expect, along with some of the most poignant explorations of grief and friendship and deep love. Ms Jones you dirty bitch!

Never marry a tennis player, love means nothing to them! Hehehe

Finally, a love triangle where ALL sides touch. The relationships between the three main characters is so intense, melodramatic, as much as it is comical. Everything is about sex in this movie except sex - which is, of course, about power. For how sensual this movie is, there is shockingly little actual sex, and really it’s the tennis matches, when they’re playing real tennis, that feel like porn. The dialogue…
