Paris, Texas 1984
After 40 years a remastered version of the film was made up. After a brief cool and mysterious introduction the protagonist seems to understand his mission. His genuine narcissistic approach didn’t actually works out at the end.

As dreadful atmosphere for an intense movie experience. A truly noir crime in which the spectator tries to grasp a rational sense in a symbolistic and illusionist Los Angeles. Romantic affairs and emotional sense of belonging to someone or something are the maze between actors and their inner identity. I really appreciate watching a film with a lot of expression of important modern themes, particularly queer and feminism, and other old fashion Noir topoi, such as femme fatal and crime. Laura Harris’ performance just astonished.
